*This job opportunity is a full-time work, yet is a temporary position commencing on 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027. Monday to Friday from 08:00AM to 05:00PM for one (1) ORDER ANALYST and is open to all US eligible workers.
*Basic Wage Rate is $10.85 per hour.
4o Hours a per week and NO overtime.
Frequency of pay is Bi-weekly.
*Payroll deductions: CNMI Salary Withholding Tax, IRS FICA Tax (Social Security & Medicare)
* Fringe Benefit: Employer offers an "optional" housing (not madatory) free of charge, Food is provided by the worker.
*Three-Fourths Guarantee: As required by 20 CFR 655.423(f), workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to atleast three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
* Transportation and Subsistence: As required by 20 CFR 655.423 (j) (l), if the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workers's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abondonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier fo the distances involved.
* Daily Transportation: Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations.
* NO Overtime. Overtime hours will NOT be available to the worker under this job offer.
* On-The-Job Training is NOT available. Workers will NOT be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
* Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: As required by 20 CFR 655.423(k), workers will be provided without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned,
*Board, Lodging, or Other Facilities: Employer offers an "optional" housing free of charge but does not require the worker to use its housing. The optional housing is not mandatory so the employer will be assisting the facilitation and arrangement in securing of the housing for the worker. Food shall be provided by the worker.
